What we collect

• •What you type into our forms: your name, contact details, project details and any files you upload (like floor plans or survey photos).
• •Basic technical records, such as when a form was submitted.
• •Nothing is sold or rented to anyone else.

We use your details for one thing: to run your project: quoting, booking surveys, installing and supporting your system. Form details and uploads are stored securely in our business systems and are only seen by the Chy Heating team.

Cookies & advertising measurement

We use a small number of cookies from Google Ads to measure whether our advertising works, for example, which ad or search led to a survey booking. This tells Google (the recipient of this measurement data) which adverts bring enquiries, so we spend our advertising budget sensibly.

If you choose "Essentials only", or haven't made a choice yet in the UK and EU, advertising measurement is switched off and we send Google no identifying information. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page. Choosing not to be measured never affects your enquiry, it just means the advert that brought you here is recorded as "not measured".

Google's own privacy terms apply to their measurement: business.safety.google/privacy.
